Opened in 1989 and located between Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios in the heart of Walt Disney world, the 758-room Swan (a Westin-managed hotel) is
a full service, convention-oriented luxury resort. The property reflects the unique design of Michael Graves and is accentuated with two enormous and fanciful swan and seashell sculptures on the roof. A pedestrian causeway through Crescent Lake links the hotel with its sister property, the Dolphin. Together, the Swan and Dolphin comprise a comprehensive convention complex with over 329,000 square feet of meeting space including an 111,000-square-foot exhibit
hall and a 56,000-square-foot ballroom. The resort also features numerous dining options, including Il Mulino.
