Steelcase's multi-purpose property functions as an office, showroom, and industry event center. Tishman Real Estate Services is both leasing agent and property manager for the building – a beautiful, state-of-the-art structure overlooking Central Park. As leasing agent, Tishman provides a marketing program, financial analysis, and lease negotiation services. Recent transactions have brought New Hope Fertility and Zagat Surveys to the property. As a result, both the retail space and the office tower are fully occupied.

Tishman's on-site managers work in tandem with the Steelcase staff to serve
both the client and its customers – a strategy that improves operations and
service, and effectuates cost savings. The Tishman team has created a
customized program to meet Steelcase's needs, produced a new staffing plan,
and renegotiated union contracts. Daily operations include establishing and
implementing efficient building procedures, competitively bidding for services
on the owner's behalf, and overseeing all renovations and improvements
to the site.
