Daniel R. Tishman
Daniel R. Tishman is Vice Chairman for Tishman Realty Corporation and Tishman Hotel Corporation. Mr. Tishman is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tishman Construction Corporation and Vice Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of its parent company, AECOM. Mr. Tishman is Chairman of the Board of the Natural Resources Defense Council, one of the world's leading environmental advocacy organizations. He also serves on the boards of the New York Building Congress, the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, Columbia University's Real Estate Industry Advisory Board and the UJA Federation of NY. He serves on the Advisory Committee of the Export-Import Bank of the United States and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. Mr. Tishman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology and Planning from Evergreen State College and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Lesley College.
John A. Vickers
John A. Vickers is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Tishman Realty Corporation
and for Tishman Hotel Corporation. Prior
to the sale of Tishman Construction Corporation to
AECOM in July 2010, Mr. Vickers was also Vice Chair and Principal of Tishman Construction
Corporation. Mr. Vickers is a member of the Board of Fellows of Trinity College and serves on the Columbia
Business School MBA Real Estate Program Advisory Board. He is also a member of the
board of the IPayment Corporation and a member of the Board of Trustees of Buckley Country
Day School. Mr. Vickers holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Trinity College and a Masters of
Business Administration degree in Finance from Columbia University.
David A. Bagwell
David Bagwell is Chief Operating and Marketing Officer of Tishman Hotel Corporation. Prior to joining Tishman in 2003,
Mr. Bagwell was Executive Vice President and Partner at Buena Vista Hospitality Group spearheading strategic planning for several major properties. He also held the position of Vice President/General Manager for PGA National Resort and Director of Sales and Marketing for the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin. Mr. Bagwell has served as a Board Member for Florida Hotel & Lodging Association, Meeting Planners International, as well as other industry related organizations. He received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Hotel Management from Florida International
Don Bartell is Executive Vice President of Tishman Hotel Corporation. Mr. Bartell began his career with Marriott Hotels and spent the first eight years of his career in various rooms management positions at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Chicago Marriott Downtown, and the Denver City Center Marriott. Prior to joining Tishman in 1999, he held various operational management positions within Starwood and Sheraton. Mr. Bartell received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Masters in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Frank Beck is Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Tishman Hotel
Prior to joining Tishman in 1992, he was in charge of Finance and Administration for
Guinness PLC, overseeing the financial activities for the Group's hospitality
development and management business in the United States. Before that, Mr. Beck held
various Hotel Corporate and Property Controllership positions and started his career in
auditing and consulting with the CPA firm of Pannell, Kerr and Forester.
Mr. Beck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration
from the State University of New York.
Heather Bolton is a Senior Vice President of Tishman Hotel Corporation. Prior to joining Tishman in 2002, Ms. Bolton held various operational management positions for Sheraton and Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and was also involved in quality process management and franchise brand conversions. Ms. Bolton holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University’s School of Hospitality Business and a Master of Business Administration emphasizing Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Gary Buscemi is an Executive Vice President of Tishman Realty Corporation. Prior to
joining Tishman in 1995, he was a partner in a major law firm with over 15 years
experience in all aspects of real estate development and finance.
Mr. Buscemi is a member of the
New York State Bar Association. He holds a Bachelor
of Arts degree from Fordham College and a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham
University School of Law.
Kathleen Chan is an Executive Vice President of Tishman Realty Corporation. Ms. Chan joined Tishman in 1988 and has 26 years of management experience in the design and construction industry. Kathleen has overseen the design and construction activities for the new build, renovation, conversion and capital projects of a number of hotels with various hotel brands and operators. She attended the Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture at Cooper Union, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Baruch College and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance and International Business from New York University.
James L. Claus
James L. Claus is Executive Vice President of Tishman Hotel Corporation. Before joining Tishman 1991, Jim served as Vice President of the Abbey Group, Ltd., a hotel owner and operator based in Chicago. His previous positions, comprising 17 years with Hilton Hotels Corporation, include Vice President and General Manager of the Palmer House in Chicago, General Manager of the Hilton at Walt Disney World Village in Florida, and General Manager of the Portland Hilton in Oregon, as well as positions in sales and marketing including The Waldorf-Astoria in New York. Mr. Claus serves on the Board of Directors of the Hotel Association of New
York City. He is a Certified Hotel Administrator and a member of Hospitality Asset Managers Association. He presently serves as a
Trustee of two industry related health funds and the International Union Pension Fund. Mr. Claus holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Industrial Administration from Iowa State University and a Management Certificate from the University of Southern California.
Charles C. Cocotas
Charles C. Cocotas is Executive Vice President of Tishman Hotel Corporation. Prior to joining Tishman in 1990, Mr. Cocotas
was a Principal of Lehr Associates, an engineering firm. He also held senior positions with the Sheraton Corporation and Stone
and Webster Engineering Corporation. Mr. Cocotas is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air
Conditioning Engineers, the American Hotel and Lodging Association and is on the Executive Engineering Committee of the
American Hotel and Motel Association. Mr. Cocotas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
Paul Diamond is Executive Vice President of Tishman Realty Corporation. Mr. Diamond joined Tishman in 1992. He is a
member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Cornell Hotel Society. Mr. Diamond holds a Bachelor of Science degree
from Cornell University.
Donald Engfer is Senior Vice President of Tishman Hotel Corporation. Mr. Engfer started his career with Hyatt Hotels, where he held various operating and financial positions, including regional hotel controller. Prior to joining Tishman in 1994, Mr. Engfer was Vice President of Hotels for The Irvine Company in Newport Beach, California. He is an Executive Committee member and Treasurer of the Visit Orlando Destination Management Organization, and a member of the Mayor’s Citizens Oversight Committee - Community Venues and Central Florida Hotel and Lodging Association. Mr. Engfer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the California State University, Long Beach.
Pamela Friedlander is Senior Vice President of Tishman Realty Corporation. Ms. Friedlander is also Senior Vice President & Chief of Staff to Daniel R. Tishman, in his role as Chairman of Tishman Construction and Vice Chair of AECOM. Ms. Friedlander joined Tishman in 1996 and has extensive hotel development and finance experience. Ms. Friedlander holds a Bachelor of Science from Wesleyan University.
Kim Greca is Senior Vice President of Tishman Hotel Corporation. Prior to joining Tishman in 2004, Ms. Greca worked in the corporate office and on property for Hilton Hotels Corporation in Los Angeles and New York and also for Starwood Hotels and Resorts where she most recently represented the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin as Director of Sales. Ms. Greca is an exclusive member in the Registry for Women of Excellence for the National Association of Professional and Executive Women, and has been involved with industry related functions for MPI, PCMA, and ASAE and is currently editor in chief for Meeting Excellence. Ms. Greca holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston.
Lee Karlin is Senior Vice President of Tishman Hotel Corporation. Mr. Karlin joined Tishman Hotel Corporation in 2007 bringing with him more than 22 years of experience in the construction industry working for some of the leading construction managers in the region. He is a member of the Construction Managers Association of America and a licensed Site Safety Manager for the City of New York. Mr. Karlin holds Bachelor of Science Degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Obaid Khan is Chief Financial Officer of Tishman Realty Corporation. Prior to joining Tishman in 1991, Mr. Khan was a member of the Capital Markets Group at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Khan's professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute, the Real Estate Roundtable and the New York Hospitality Council. Mr. Khan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybernetics from U.C.L.A. and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ron Kollar is Chief Design Officer for Tishman Hotels Corporation. Prior to joining Tishman Hotels in 1994 Mr. Kollar was Vice President of Planning for Classic Residences by Hyatt and Director of Planning for Hyatt Hotels Corp for 12 years. Mr. Kollar holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Carnegie Mellon University and is a registered architect.
He has frequently served as a judge for both the Hospitality Design Awards and The Gold Key Awards for Excellence in Hospitality.
Francisco Ramirez is a Senior Vice President of Tishman Realty Corporation. Prior to joining Tishman in 2007, he was a partner at McConnell Valdez LLC, one of the largest Hispanic owned law firms in Latin America, and has over 15 years’ experience in all aspects of real estate development and finance. Mr. Ramirez is a member of the New York State and Puerto Rico Bar Associations, and is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico Convention Bureau. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School.
David Rothenberg is the President of Tishman Realty Corporation. Prior to joining Tishman in 1987, Mr. Rothenberg
was a member of the Real Estate Finance Group at Salomon Brothers Inc. Mr. Rothenberg is a member of the New York
Hospitality Council and the Urban Land Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Science – Economics degree in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
William J. Sales is Vice Chairman for Tishman Realty Corporation. Prior to joining Tishman Realty in 1997, Mr. Sales was Principal of William J. Sales & Company and a senior investment banker at both Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Sales has also held various executive positions at VMS Realty Partners, Property Capital Trust and Chase Manhattan Bank, all in the area of Real Estate Finances and Investment. He is a 1967 graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and served as First Lieutenant in the United States Army - Second Infantry Division.
Joseph J. Simone is President of Tishman Real Estate Services overseeing all facets of
third-party Landlord and Tenant
representation, including lease negotiation,
development, relocation and property management services.
Before joining Tishman
in 1993, Mr. Simone worked for Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.,
and was a partner with the Berkshire Group, which developed a
regional hotel chain in
the northeastern Unites States prior to establishing his own firm, Simone & Company, in
1991. Mr. Simone
is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, Corenet and Urban Land
Institute. Mr. Simone holds a Bachelor of Arts degree
from Columbia University.
Robert Snyder is the President for Tishman Hotel Corporation.
Prior to joining Tishman in 1996
as the General Manager for the Doral Park Avenue Hotel, he was the General Manager for the Kimberly Hotel and the Resident Manager for the Plaza Hotel in New York City. Mr. Snyder began his career with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and spent the first 10 years working in Rooms management positions at the Grand Hyatt New York, the Hyatt Regency Chicago, and the Park Hyatt Hotel.
Mr. Snyder is a member of the New York Hospitality Council and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from Trinity College.
Michael A. Sullivan
Mike joined Tishman in 2013 to establish an investment office.
Previously he headed product development, e-commerce and the Municipal retail marketing and trading groups at Merrill Lynch/Bank of America; he joined Municipal Markets in 2002. He is also responsible for technology and product development targeting internal and external retail distribution channels.
Prior to joining Merrill, Mike helped start TheMuniCenter (TMC Bonds) in 2000, as a principal responsible for marketing to institutional investment managers as well as the development of fixed income analytics and market news and information. From 1994 to 2000, Mike was a Municipal bond portfolio manager at GE Asset Management, managing and co-managing $4.5 billion for institutional clients. Prior to GE, Mike worked in strategic planning and product development at State Street Bank.
Mike received a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a MBA from Northeastern University. He holds the following FINRA registrations: Series 7, 24, 53, 63 and 65.
Daniel Unger is a Executive Vice President with Tishman Realty Corporation. Mr. Unger joined Tishman in 1997. He is a member of the New York Hospitality Council and Cornell Hotel Society. Mr. Unger holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cornell University.
Cara Weinrich is Senior Vice President of Tishman Realty Corporation. Prior to joining Tishman in 2008, Ms. Weinrich practiced employment law with a national employment and workplace law firm, and served as Director of Employee Relations at CIBC, a financial services firm. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law.
